Senior Manager HR

To drive a people-centric ecosystem that delivers value at every touchpoint and provides HR services and support to a defined area. This role manages and contributes to local or global HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Coach and mentor Line Managers to empower them on people, engagement, and performance topics.
- Support the execution of the People Strategy in a defined area, driving change management plans and new Org Design setups.
- Source solutions to build skills and capabilities in partnership with Expert communities, operationalizing workforce planning processes.
- Monitor dashboards and analyze trends to inform business decisions.
- Develop a robust talent pipeline with succession plans for Management positions within the area of responsibility.
- Ensure the effective execution of people products and processes, adapting communication for the customer base.
- Respond quickly to complaints, questions, and needs from Line Managers and employees.
- Drive regional on-site activities, such as campus closures, holiday parties, and local initiatives.
- Educate and support leaders and managers in their people-related responsibilities, including appraisals, grievances, absence, H&S, planning, TA, briefings, development, and training.
- Employees and Line Managers of the support organization and Leadership team.

- Talents in the area of responsibility (M2 and below).
- HR Capabilities: Individual and collective labor law, HR Subject Matter Expert, use of HR metrics, change delivery support, organizational design, maintains external perspective, anticipating people trends, employee relations.
- Business Capabilities: Commercial awareness, customer focus, understanding HR strategy, understanding business, its value chain, and key processes.
- Consulting Capabilities: Brokering solutions to meet business needs, ability to sell HR solutions to the business, trusted advisor, small group facilitation, coaching skills, project input, and delivery.
- A good team player with basic management skills.
- Customer-oriented, approachable, and strong interpersonal skills, basic coaching skills.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Confident, creative, and collaborative within the team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and facilitation skills to employees and small groups.
- Supports innovation and develops new ideas, approaches, and methods.
- Open to new approaches and actively supports change.
- Shows understanding of the overall strategy and its relevance to tasks.
- Builds sound arguments, has a clear opinion, and conveys ideas to the point.
- English fluent (written and oral).
- University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management).
- Minimum of 6-7 years progressive work experience in the field of HR (preferably in an international organization).
- Internship or study abroad.
