Business Application Manager

As a Business Application Manager at ATOSS Software AG, you will play a key role in implementing and further developing various business applications. Your tasks will include working in a business-minded team to implement projects and develop different business applications, such as Travel Management System (SAP Concur), Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP byDesign), Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce), Human Capital Management (SAP SuccessFactors), JIRA/Confluence, MS365, MSOffice365, and MS Sharepoint.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining business processes and evaluating best practices for conducting business process analyses.
  • Developing roadmaps for the team of project managers and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improving business processes and driving innovation in the field of business applications.

Your Qualifications:

  • Excellent team and interpersonal skills, including superior ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Clear, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with business processes in the field of different business applications (JIRA, Salesforce, SAP) and with 2nd Level Support.
  • Profound understanding of business processes and agile project management.
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Good decision-making skills, with the ability to take calculated risks and act on the basis of own thoughts and experience.
  • Demonstrates confidence and promotes a positive working environment.
  • Very good German and English skills (spoken and written).
