We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Middle Office team in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of our Energy Trading department, you will be responsible for modeling and evaluating complex market demands in qualitative and quantitative models, as well as developing and implementing state-of-the-art risk management strategies in close collaboration with the Back Office.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the daily execution of Day Ahead Prognoses and the development of Short-Term Prognoses.
- Develop and maintain the stability of results in the Energy Trading and Sales department through continuous process development in the context of projects, analyses, and prognoses.
- Drive the continuous development of Balance Sheet Management in Electricity and Gas, as well as lead and develop your team in accordance with changing market and company requirements.
- Plan personnel and resource requirements for efficient process execution.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP, combined with a deep understanding of digitalization topics.
- Skills in coordinating and organizing processes and projects.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
