Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with key players in the European energy market to drive business growth and success.
- Plan, execute, and manage projects related to energy trading, risk management, sales trading, cloud hosting, and more.
- Analyze business and IT processes to identify requirements and design tailored trading solutions.
- Improve customer experience by optimizing their individual setups and ensuring seamless integration with e*star's solutions.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.
- Contribute to the development of our products, adapting to the changing and growing energy market landscape.
- Enhance knowledge of energy trading and trading technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Support the sales team with expertise and insights to drive business expansion.
- A valid work permit.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or business administration.
- Proven experience in project management, requirements engineering, business analysis, and trading solution design.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Passion for IT, with knowledge of hosting, cloud, infrastructure, SQL, databases, XML, or development skills a plus.
- Able to tackle complex challenges and deliver results-driven solutions.
- Previous experience in energy/commodity trading and customer acquisition is a significant advantage.
- Proficient English language skills, with a minimum of C1 level.
- Good German language skills are a plus.
