Senior Proposal and Project Leader, Frigate Class F124 (m/f/d)

At our Wilhelmshaven location

Your Mission

  • Oversee and manage projects within the Frigate Class F124 sector.
  • Ensure contractual, commercial, and technical success in project execution, representing the project both internally and externally.
  • Establish the project baseline and lead the project team from a matrix organization.
  • Coordinate and manage project workflows and order placements, both internally (approval of work packages) and externally (subcontractors, suppliers).
  • Optimize project outcomes regarding timelines, quality, and cost efficiency, including the development of residual cost estimates and post-calculations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals during the bidding phase and transition into the project phase.
  • Provide technical leadership to the project team.

What We Look Forward To

  • A completed technical or business degree and several years of experience in project management, ideally within the context of the German Navy or defense industry.
  • A successful project management certification (e.g., IPMA Level B/C or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • Proficient knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel.
