Aufgaben
  • Wir suchen nach einem Talent Acquisition Manager, der gemeinsam mit unserem HR-Kollegen für das Teamwachstum von SureIn verantwortlich ist.
  • Der Talent Acquisition Manager übernimmt das Ownership im Hiring von strategisch wichtigen Rollen und ist maßgeblich daran beteiligt, die besten Talents für SureIn zu finden, um unser Wachstum nach Series A voranzutreiben.
  • Der Talent Acquisition Manager arbeitet eng mit unserem Gründerteam zusammen und unterstützt aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Company.
  • Der Talent Acquisition Manager unterstützt in HR-Projekten in den Themenbereichen Culture & Development.
Qualifikation
  • Der Talent Acquisition Manager bringt Arbeitserfahrungen im HR / Recruiting mit, idealerweise im Startup-Umfeld.
  • Eigenverantwortung, Genauigkeit und eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen den Talent Acquisition Manager aus.
  • Der Talent Acquisition Manager hat Erfahrungen und Leidenschaft für das Thema Recruiting & Hiring sowie in der Identifizierung von Top-Talenten über Active Sourcing.
  • Der Talent Acquisition Manager spricht fließend Deutsch auf C2-Level und hat gute Englischkenntnisse.
