Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, including identifying, attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and selecting highly qualified talent for SAP LeanIX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business objectives and provide strategic advice on recruitment processes
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the EMEA region
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and develop innovative recruitment solutions
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment metrics and trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful full cycle recruiting experience within IT/SaaS industry, preferably in Software Product organizations
  • Strong business partnering skills and ability to advise stakeholders on all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
  • Proven track record of recruiting highly qualified senior candidates in a variety of functional roles
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including LinkedIn Talent Solution and ATS
  • Native German and advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)
