Job Description

Copeland seeks a seasoned Director of Digital Marketing Strategy to spearhead our marketing efforts in Langenfeld, Germany.

This is a high-profile opportunity for an accomplished marketing professional to join our team and drive growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, content marketing, and event planning to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create sales enablement programs that foster lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Europe Leadership team members, country Marketing, Product Marketing, and Marketing Communications Team members.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, technologies, and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
