Our mission is to create a blueprint for a sustainable energy future, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Leader (m/f/d) Energy Retail.

As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for leading our most important energy transformation projects, developing strategic and operational solutions for our energy retail business, and working closely with our ECON management team to drive results. You will also be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers and acting as a competent sparring partner for our top management team.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in digital business models, digital sales processes, and emerging technology. You should have a deep understanding of the challenges facing the energy sector and be able to develop innovative solutions to drive growth and transformation. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to develop talent and foster professional growth are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex issues facing the energy sector and develop strategic and operational solutions for our energy retail business.
  • Lead our most important energy transformation projects and work closely with our ECON management team to drive results.
  • Build long-term relationships with our customers and act as a competent sparring partner for our top management team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the challenges facing the energy sector and develop innovative solutions to drive growth and transformation.
  • Assume leadership for international teams and foster the personal and professional growth of our project managers and consultants.

Requirements:

  • Education: An excellent university degree (master's/diploma) in a relevant field.
  • Communication: Fluent English in business and the ability to present to board members.
  • Project management: Proven experience as a successful project manager at a top management consulting firm or in large-scale projects.
  • Expertise: First-hand experience in digital business models, digital sales processes, and emerging technology.
  • Skills: A deep understanding of the challenges facing the energy sector and the ability to develop innovative solutions to drive growth and transformation.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to develop talent and foster professional growth.
