Job Opportunity at Amplifon
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hearing Care Professional in Nordhausen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to customers in a service-oriented sales and consultation environment.
- Implement sales routines with excellence and ensure a unique customer experience through optimal processes in the retail store.
- Support customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Utilize customer data to contact customers via phone and organize local marketing activities (e.g., market days and health fairs).
- As a data administrator, work carefully and keep customer information up-to-date.
- Within the retail store organization, support with deployment planning, calendar management, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Completed training as a Hearing Care Professional (m/w/d).
- Customer-focused and enjoy sales and consultation.
- Strong communication skills, persuasion, and empathy.
- Enjoy working in a team and strive for common success.
- Organizational talent and high flexibility and sense of responsibility.
