Job Opportunity: Hearing Care Professional
We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Nordhausen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible hearing care solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to customers
- Implement sales routines and ensure optimal customer experience in the store
- Support customers with the maintenance of their hearing systems and provide advice on accessories
- Use customer data to make targeted phone calls and organize local marketing activities
- Ensure that customer information is up-to-date and accurate
- Support the store organization with tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and ordering
Requirements:
- Completed training as a Hearing Care Professional
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales and consultation
- Strong communication skills, persuasion, and empathy
- Enjoy working in a team and contributing to the team's success
- Organizational skills and flexibility
