Job Opportunity: Hearing Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Nordhausen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible hearing care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to customers
  • Implement sales routines and ensure optimal customer experience in the store
  • Support customers with the maintenance of their hearing systems and provide advice on accessories
  • Use customer data to make targeted phone calls and organize local marketing activities
  • Ensure that customer information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Support the store organization with tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and ordering

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a Hearing Care Professional
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales and consultation
  • Strong communication skills, persuasion, and empathy
  • Enjoy working in a team and contributing to the team's success
  • Organizational skills and flexibility
