• Deliver personalized hygiene and medical care to patients in their homes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Accurately document all nursing procedures and patient interactions.
• Dispense prescribed medications safely and effectively.
• Assist with client assessments and contribute to their overall well-being.

• Completed Nursing Qualification: Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger or Krankenschwester.
• Passion for working with elderly and sick individuals.
• Team player with a willingness to work various shifts.
• Empathy, compassion, and patience in patient interactions.
• Valid driver's license required.
