As a Product Manager - Global Team Lead, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and developing a sustainable roadmap that aligns with customer requirements and company values.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies, including product portfolio management, business development, supply chain optimization, pricing, innovation, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a global team of product managers, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and collaboration.
  • Define a sustainable roadmap to drive business growth, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company values.
  • Drive innovation projects and pipelines through commercialization, leveraging your analytical skills and negotiation expertise.
  • Build strong relationships with the product organization and internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization.
  • Conduct customer visits and presentations in collaboration with Sales, as well as represent the company in public appearances.
  • Communicate portfolio updates and product positioning through various media channels.
  • Ensure in-house training to promote deep understanding of the product portfolio.

Your Profile

  • Proven track record as a product manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in managing and developing people in a matrix organization, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on personality with well-developed negotiation skills, determination, and analytical thinking.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships.
  • Ability to manage change and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent German and English skills, with additional languages welcome.
  • Proficient use of MS Office and SAP, with flexibility for occasional international travel.
