Job Title: Lead Consultant

At ITL Germany, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant to anchor our engagement efforts for assignments. As a key advisor to architecture and design reviews, you will drive convergence across multiple interdependent teams, proactively resolving conflict areas.

You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. With a strong understanding of cloud architecture and design principles for scalability, availability, and performance, you will shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required skills include German proficiency level of C1/C2, knowledge of multiple SDLC models, relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi and ITIL, estimation methodologies, and knowledge of different models of maintenance & support.

As a thought leader in your domain, you will be responsible for driving business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to work with AWS services and their APIs, as well as programming languages like Typescript, Java, and C#.
