Job Description

At ITL Germany, we're looking for a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in defining problems, proposing and refining solutions, and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Cloud Architecture and design principles for scalability, availability, and performance. They'll also have experience with AWS PAAS services and their APIs, as well as knowledge of programming languages like Typescript, Java, and C#.

We're looking for someone with a high degree of initiative and flexibility, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define problems and propose solutions
  • Guide teams on project processes and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain Cloud Architecture and design principles
  • Experience with AWS PAAS services and their APIs
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Typescript, Java, and C#

Requirements:

  • German proficiency level of C1/C2 (Minimum)
  • Ability to speak in English
  • Knowledge of multiple SDLC models
  • Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL
  • Experience of SIAM (Service Integration and Management) role
  • Experience of Supplier Management
  • Experience of Demand Management
  • Experience of service catalog management
  • Experience in service level management
  • Experience of capacity management
  • Experience in Availability management
  • Experience in IT Service Continuity Management
  • Experience of Change management, Release and deploy management, Asset and configuration management, Knowledge management
  • Experience of Incident Management, Event management, Problem management, Request management
  • Experience of Continuous service improvement process

Preferred:

  • AWS Certification is a plus
