Senior IT Consultant

At ITL Germany, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. You will be responsible for anchoring the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.
As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will also be responsible for guiding teams on project processes and deliverables, as well as anchoring business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, high initiative, and flexibility. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading teams and managing complex projects
- Anchoring the engagement effort for assignments
- Guiding teams on project processes and deliverables
- Advising on architecture and design reviews
- Developing and maintaining a service catalog
- Managing service level agreements
- Ensuring IT service continuity
- Managing change and release processes
- Ensuring compliance with ITIL and CMMI frameworks
