About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Delivery Manager to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team in the EMEA North region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing SAP Enterprise Cloud Services customers and ensuring their smooth delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and develop growth strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of Enterprise Cloud Services, including onboarding, operations, and renewal management.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within SAP, driving digital transformation and ensuring the successful adoption of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues, escalating them to the relevant teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong track record in managing client/customer engagements in sales, pre-sales, or consulting settings.
  • Good infrastructure know-how and technical understanding, with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language skills are a must.
