Event Marketing Manager

Campus Founders gGmbH is seeking a highly organized and responsible Event Marketing Manager to join our team. As the central point of contact for the marketing of our startup festival Heilbronn Slush'D, you will be responsible for the marketing-specific project planning, project budget, project staffing, and the development of marketing project timelines.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Heilbronn Slush'D festival.
- Collaborate with the Slush'D team, marketing team, and external production partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Search, review, and select external suppliers and production partners.
- Work closely with cooperation partners, institutions, and authorities to ensure smooth event planning.
- Formulate internal and external creative briefings with the marketing team.
- Ensure all project team members have necessary information and approvals for execution.
- Support the marketing team in creating and proofreading promotional content for the event.
- Support event and marketing controlling, creating presentations on project status and progress.
- Solid professional qualification with a relevant marketing background.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing project management, ideally in an agency environment with a focus on events.
- Good understanding of the startup and event market.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and responsible with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A wide-ranging area of work and responsibility with a varied range of tasks.
