As an Enterprise Account Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Southern European market.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to manage a targeted number of large, named accounts in order to achieve and exceed sales targets. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to close complex software and services transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively deliver the IGEL value proposition, demonstrating a deep understanding of our solution and individual products.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Use forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales growth and meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Become the primary contact person within your enterprise accounts, working closely with colleagues, Inside Sales Representatives, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers.
  • Develop a sustained pipeline of opportunities within your named accounts and own the opportunity from inception through close.
Requirements
  • Strong track record in penetrating and closing enterprise/global accounts, planning and managing company resources, and leveraging channel partners where applicable.
  • Proven history of sales overachievement, a demonstrated rolodex of multiple levels of contacts in enterprise/global accounts, and the ability to close large, complex software and services transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close 7-figure+ sales opportunities.
  • Excellent organization and collaboration skills, with a passion for developing world-class best practices within the virtual team and region.
  • Must be a strategic thinker with proven excellence in Strategic Account planning and delivery.
  • Fluent English and French language skills.

Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and generous holiday allowance.
