Job Summary

Taymerc Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and structuring sales activities, including key account management, business development, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Support regional sales managers in assessing potential and developing sales opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Strategy Development: Align regional sales strategy with the overarching group strategy and develop necessary business models.
  • Communication Management: Maintain communication between teams and manage regional trends, develop market requirements, and competitive intelligence.
  • Bid Management: Coordinate acquisition team consisting of sales, R&D, application, and supporting functions.
  • Requirement Management: Evaluate feasibility based on existing product portfolio through requirements analysis and management.
  • Contract Management: Involved in contract negotiations and conclusion, and coordinate collaboration with core teams.
  • Project Management: Prepare project execution and handover.

Requirements

  • Technical and business expertise from engineering disciplines and project management.
  • Professional and authentic appearance as a contact person for international customers.
  • Experience working with sales and image processing solutions.
  • Strong comprehension skills and ability to oversee technical aspects and connections.
  • Good business understanding, analytical and strategic thinking, and structured working style.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate technically complex content clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Native language proficiency in German, very good knowledge of English, and other foreign languages a plus.
