To this end, we are establishing a comprehensive Health & Well-being Program, designed to provide cutting-edge resources and support. This program will be a cornerstone of our commitment to creating a workplace where individuals can flourish both personally and professionally.

Your Role: Shaping the Future of Employee Well-being

As a key member of the Group Social Responsibility team, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and functionally to the Head of Health and Safety, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this transformative program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing health and well-being initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions to elevate our offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to translate assessment findings into actionable recommendations that drive positive change.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a strategic Health & Well-being roadmap, integrating best practices and audit recommendations to ensure a comprehensive and impactful program.
  • Craft detailed program plans encompassing goals, strategies, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health & well-being initiatives, tracking key metrics and compliance requirements to demonstrate program impact.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless program execution and maximize collaboration.
  • Champion continuous improvement by leveraging innovative ideas, benchmarking against industry best practices, and incorporating valuable insights from within the organization.
Your Profile: A Visionary Leader in Employee Well-being

With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health & Safety, Sustainability, Human Resources, or a related field, you possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in program management, with a demonstrated track record of success in the health and care sector.
  • Expertise in program evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and project management tools to ensure effective program design and implementation.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly desirable.

Your exceptional communication skills, coupled with strategic thinking and analytical acumen, enable you to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions that drive positive outcomes for our employees and the organization as a whole.
