Comprehensive Health and Well-being Program

To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly skilled Health and Well-being Program Manager (m/f/d) to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive health and well-being program.
About the Role
The successful candidate will join the Group Social Responsibility function, reporting to the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and functionally to the head of Health and Safety. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments of current health and well-being resources, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance employee well-being.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate findings into actionable recommendations that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Leading the planning, design, and execution of the health and well-being roadmap, integrating audit recommendations and best practices to ensure a seamless program implementation.
- Developing detailed program plans, including goals, strategies, timelines, and budgets, to ensure effective resource allocation and program success.
- Implementing and monitoring health and well-being metrics and compliance requirements to ensure the program's effectiveness and efficiency.
- Fostering collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and successful program implementation.
- Managing continuous improvements and leveraging innovative ideas through external benchmarks and internal best practices to stay ahead of industry trends.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in health and safety, sustainability, HR, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 10 years of program management experience, with a proven track record in health and care, and a deep understanding of program evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and project management tools.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in German and/or French being a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with strong strategic thinking and an analytical mindset, to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions.
