Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow software solutions, workflows, and integrations utilizing JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
  • Manage Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Diagnose system performance issues and recommend enhancements.
  • Oversee the administration of the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
  • Configure standard workflows and create or maintain custom workflows.
  • Set up application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
  • Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via APIs.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of technical documentation, including user manuals.
  • Collaborate on the overall system development while being responsible for specific modules and applications.
  • Manage ServiceNow Asset Management.

Your Qualifications

  • Extensive ServiceNow Knowledge: In-depth technical and functional expertise in the administration and development of ServiceNow platforms, including configuration, customization, and module integration.
  • Solid ITIL Understanding: Practical application of the ITIL framework to ensure effective IT service management.
  • Agile Experience: Proven track record as a Product Owner or similar role within an agile development team, including backlog management and requirements analysis.
  • Advanced Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in JavaScript, particularly in object-oriented programming, with experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow scripts.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and proactively develop solutions to optimize service operations.
  • Fluent English Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective collaboration in international teams.
