**About EOS GmbH**

We are a world market leader for industrial 3D printing, and we're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our IT Department.

**Your Mission**

  • Design and implement ServiceNow software solutions, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
  • Configure and manage our Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.
  • Administer our Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
  • Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
  • Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop technical documentation, such as user manuals.
  • Manage ServiceNow Asset Management.

**Your Talents**

  • **In-depth ServiceNow Expertise**: Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge in the administration and development of ServiceNow platforms, including configuration, customization, and module integration.
  • **Strong ITIL Knowledge**: Solid understanding and practical application of the ITIL framework to ensure effective IT service management.
  • **Experience in Agile Environments**: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within an agile development team, including backlog management and requirements analysis.
  • **Advanced Programming Skills**: Proficient in JavaScript, particularly in object-oriented programming, with experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow scripts.
  • **Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities**: Strong capability to analyze complex problems and proactively develop solutions that optimize service operations.
  • **Fluent English Proficiency**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate effectively in international teams.
