Your Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ServiceNow software solutions, workflows, and integrations utilizing JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Manage Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Diagnose system performance challenges and implement enhancements.
- Oversee the administration of the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
- Customize and maintain both out-of-the-box and bespoke workflows.
- Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
- Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems via APIs.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of technical documentation, including user manuals.
- Collaborate on the overall system development while focusing on specific modules and applications.
- Administer ServiceNow Asset Management.
Your Qualifications
- Extensive ServiceNow Knowledge: Deep technical and functional expertise in the administration and development of ServiceNow platforms, including configuration, customization, and module integration.
- Strong ITIL Understanding: Solid grasp and practical application of the ITIL framework to facilitate effective IT service management.
- Agile Experience: Proven background as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity within an agile development team, encompassing backlog management and requirements analysis.
- Advanced Programming Proficiency: Expertise in JavaScript, particularly in object-oriented programming, with experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow scripts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess complex issues and proactively devise solutions that enhance service operations.
- Fluent English Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective collaboration in international teams.
