We are currently seeking a highly skilled Print Implementation Manager (m/f/d) in permanent employment to strengthen our R&D Packaging team at the Trier plant.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Oversee project realization for all printed materials from tipping to shipping case from project inception, assuming the advisor/expert role in discussions with internal and external partners.
- Maintain control over qualified material usage for JTI products. Coordinate qualification processes with suppliers, NTM teams, SRA, and GSC for material tests.
- Prepare and maintain One Time Cost estimates for cross-regional/local packaging development initiatives. Request and verify respective OTC quotations.
- Ensure that all internal systems are utilized as required (CAPA, TPA, PLM) and support the development of new processes and systems as needed. Initiate and complete projects targeting process improvements and business efficiency enhancements in alignment with other P&DI partners and the wider Packaging community.
- Prior experience: Essential packaging experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in cigarette packaging.
- Vital knowledge: Excellent understanding of prepress and main printing/converting technologies. Strong technical skills in printing and converting packaging materials, with preferred experience in cigarette manufacturing and quality assurance.
- Distinct strengths: Comprehensive project management experience: planning to realization. Global and cross-functional experience is highly desirable.
- Suitable personality: Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken. Additional foreign language knowledge is advantageous, particularly German. Computer literacy, especially MS Office and PLM Systems, is essential. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator is considered beneficial.
- Work model: Flextime.
We offer above-average compensation, including a 13th and 14th monthly salary, as well as a bonus payment. Our individual company pension scheme and capital-forming benefits provide a secure financial foundation.
Above-average pay: €85,000 per year.
