We are seeking a seasoned Print Implementation Manager for our Trier plant's R&D Packaging department. This permanent position requires your expertise to bring packaging visions to life by developing and implementing high-quality printed materials for the JTI portfolio.

• Lead project realization for all printed materials from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
• Serve as a key advisor/expert in discussions with internal and external partners, including Marketing & Sales, R&D Packaging, and suppliers.
• Maintain quality control by monitoring material usage and supplier performance.
• Coordinate qualification processes with suppliers, NTM teams, SRA, and GSC for material testing.
• Prepare and maintain One-Time Cost estimates for cross-regional/local packaging development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal systems (CAPA, TPA, PLM) and support process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A university or technical degree in packaging technology.
• Packaging experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in cigarette packaging.
• Excellent knowledge of prepress, printing, and converting technologies.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in planning and realization.
