Electrical Supervisor Job Description

**Job Summary**

Technical Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical installations within a new data centre project in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring EHSQ compliance, conducting toolbox talks, managing RAMS, and enforcing PPE regulations on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure EHSQ compliance and conduct toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment
* Manage RAMS and enforce PPE regulations on-site
* Secure necessary permits and oversee weekly planning for project execution
* Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour at the site
* Provide guidance to apprentices in managing deliveries and conducting daily checks
* Supervise and oversee labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors
* Execute commissioning and closure plans while ensuring the completion of snag lists
* Achieve labour tracking objectives and handle day-to-day site material orders
* Update project progress reports and manage the K&M Document Management System
* Implement project-specific scheduling and communicate changes within the project team
* Monitor and report project quality standards

**Requirements**

* Minimum three years of experience in a Foreman role
* Fully Qualified Electrician with a Qualified QC Tester status
* Project Management experience would be advantageous
* Proficient in computer operations
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
