This strategic role encompasses responsibility for leading and overseeing the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) planning chain for SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX. This includes managing headcount budgets, non-headcount-related budgets, territory setting, account assignments, and quota management, as well as ensuring that GTM strategies are executed efficiently and effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive GTM plans aligned with the broader SAP Signavio strategy and business goals.
  • Oversee a team of GTM planning professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive team performance and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Manage headcount and non-headcount-related budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation to support GTM initiatives and business growth while maintaining compliance.
  • Lead change management processes, including headcount adjustments and budget reallocations, to ensure the organization remains agile and responsive to market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales operations, planning, and change management, capable of guiding a diverse team to support the broader SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX strategy. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in strategy and operations, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
