Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager für unsere Bau- und Sanierungsteams. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung von Sanierungsarbeiten an unseren Wohngebäuden.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Die Leitung von Sanierungsarbeiten an unseren Wohngebäuden, einschließlich der vollständigen Sanierung, Reparaturen und Erneuerungen von Gebäudeteilen.
  • Die Koordination von Vertragspartnern, Planern und ausführenden Firmen zur optimalen Durchführung von Bau- und Umbaumaßnahmen.
  • Die Begleitung von Projekten von der Konzeptionsphase bis zum Abschluss, einschließlich der Kontrolle und Überwachung von Planungs- und Bauleistungen.
  • Die Übernahme von Mängelfeststellungen und deren Beseitigung unter Wahrung der Gewährleistungsansprüche.
  • Die Beratung unseres Property- und Assetmanagements zu Lösungen für Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
  • Die Erstellung von Budgets, Angebots- und Kostenvergleichen.
  • Die Dokumentation des Projektverlaufs in unseren EDV-Systemen.
Ihr Profil
  • Ein Studium zum Bauingenieur, Architekt oder Meister des Bauhandwerks oder eine langjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich.
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung und im Project Management von Modernisierungs- und Umbauarbeiten.
  • Gute Organisationsfähigkeit, eigenständige Strukturierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Kommunikatives und verhandlungssicheres Auftreten gegenüber unseren Kunden und Firmen.
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Branchenkenntnisse in der Immobilienwirtschaft bzw. Immobilienverwaltung mit.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Ein Führerschein der Klasse B.
