As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our company's success by identifying and attracting top candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
  • Conduct professional interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and create comprehensive profiles
  • Oversee contract administration and provide ongoing support to our employees
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless collaboration between our teams and their organizations
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates
  • Represent our HR services at career fairs and industry events
Requirements:
  • Relevant education and/or experience in a related field (social sciences, economics, or business)
  • Proven track record in recruitment or personnel consulting
  • Fluency in English or another foreign language
  • Desirable: experience in sales and a strong network of contacts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
