Job OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting talented individuals with suitable companies. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding new employees.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Develop and maintain comprehensive candidate profiles to effectively match individuals with suitable opportunities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Support employees throughout their assignment, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for talent acquisition.
Your Profile:- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR consultancy or recruitment within the German market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Strong sales acumen and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in English or another foreign language is highly desirable
