As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our company's success by identifying and attracting top candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
  • Conduct professional interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and create comprehensive profiles
  • Oversee contract administration and provide ongoing support to our clients and candidates
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates, driving business growth and revenue
  • Represent our HR services at career fairs and industry events
Requirements:
  • Relevant education and/or experience in a related field (social sciences, business, or technical fields)
  • Proven track record in recruitment or personnel consulting
  • Fluency in English or another foreign language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
