About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at BLUME2000 SE. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the overall management of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and support.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of store appearance, including visual merchandising and store displays.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store promotions and events.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
