Wir suchen eine/n Deputy Store Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Flächen im Alsterhaus.

Als Deputy Store Manager bist du Teil unseres Teams und unterstützt unseren Store Manager bei der Führung und Entwicklung des Teams. Du bist Markenbotschafter und vertrittst unsere Premium Lifestyle Marke mit Leidenschaft und Engagement.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung und Vertretung des Store Managers
  • Repräsentation der Premium Lifestyle Marke als Markenbotschafter
  • Motivation des Teams und Nachwuchsförderung
  • Onboarding und Entwicklung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung und Überblick aller Store-operativen Aufgaben
  • Umgang mit Omni-Channel Systemen
  • Betreuung und Aufbau von Stamm- und Neukunden
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Warenmanagements und aktiver Flächensteuerung
  • Austausch mit Fachabteilungen wie Retail Operations, Retail Buying und Visual Merchandising
