Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at BLUME2000 SE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting customers, creating flower arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting products, create flower bouquets, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and meets our high standards.
  • Team Leadership: Support the store team in daily operations, motivate team members, and contribute to the success of the store.
  • Cashier and Reconciliation: Independently handle cashier tasks and reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Completed training in retail or a comparable field, relevant experience in retail or a creative environment, and some leadership experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Flexibility with working hours, high customer and service orientation, motivational and warm leadership style, and a love for flowers, plants, and decoration items.
