Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician (m/w/d) to join our team at EOS GmbH. As a key member of our Service Team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our industrial 3D printers at customer sites across Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial 3D printers at customer sites, including upgrades, retrofits, and customer training.
  • Analyze and develop technical solutions using various diagnostic tools, such as Hololense.
  • Participate in technical training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide timely reporting and documentation of your activities.
  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues during the initial phase to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Completed education in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Service Technician (m/w/d) in the field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience working with customers.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Germany and potentially internationally.
  • Technical affinity and experience with service tools.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
