Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team at EOS GmbH. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our industrial 3D printers at customer sites across Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission our industrial 3D printers at customer sites
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our 3D printers
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements

  • Completed education in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a related field
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of 3D printing technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
