About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at DocMorris. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our managers and employees to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, employee development, and operational HR issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, employee communications, and other HR initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar operational HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws, including talent acquisition, employee development, and operational HR.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in German language and good command of English.
