Your Role
- Engage collaboratively with colleagues to redefine the landscape of retail banking for cooperative banks and savings banks, guiding projects from conceptualization to execution.
- Explore the evolution of banking services and innovate solutions for both face-to-face and digital sales, encompassing customer analysis and practical implementation. Craft and execute new multi-channel sales strategies.
- In your project engagements, you will integrate cutting-edge technologies and sales support tools, such as multi-channel sales platforms and intelligent data solutions, to empower our clients in reaching their objectives and fostering positive transformations.
- As you gain expertise, you will assume greater responsibilities, including overseeing initial sub-projects, mentoring team members, and participating in business development initiatives.

Your Qualifications
- You hold a degree in fields such as business administration, economics, or a related discipline, or possess an equivalent professional background.
- Your experience in the financial services sector is notable, ideally through banking training or hands-on roles within cooperative banks, savings banks, banking consultancy, or related organizations.
- You bring knowledge in retail banking or sales management, strategic planning, and familiarity with core banking systems like OSPlus or agree21.
- Your dedication is complemented by excellent communication abilities, creativity, and a passion for teamwork in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
