Lead Project Execution

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at TenneT. As a key member of our Large Projects Offshore unit, you will play a critical role in the development and realization of our offshore grid projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead a team of project leads and site managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with technical specifications and industry standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and suppliers.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal disruption and no adverse impact on the business.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices across the organization, ensuring that we are always learning and improving.
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or business administration.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: IPMA B (or comparable) certification or willingness to obtain.
