About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at TenneT. As a key member of our Large Projects Offshore unit, you will play a critical role in the development and realization of our offshore grid and DC interconnectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead a team of project leads and site managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of TenneT's offshore grid and DC interconnectors.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a comparable leadership role, preferably in the offshore energy sector.
  • Skills: Strong technical expertise, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
