About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior EU Compliance Risk Manager to join our Tax Governance team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to programmatically scale or support a tax or trade compliance program across EU and UK. You will partner with peers and other organizations to define the seller experience and engagement programs to increase compliance, shape the risk appetite for executive leadership, design and implement the seller enforcement and regain strategy for EU and UK marketplaces, and support defining control and auditing strategies so they continuously raise remaining risks and develop mitigations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the seller experience together with product management and create engagement plans to increase compliance.
- Shape the risk appetite for executive leadership.
- Design and implement the seller enforcement and regain strategy for EU and UK marketplaces including reporting mechanisms.
- Support defining controls and auditing strategies so they continuously raise remaining risks and develop mitigations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
- Experience in business-to-business selling or equivalent.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- SQL skills to be autonomous in getting the right data to support decisions.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
