Transportation Productivity Expert

Are you passionate about continuous improvement and developing mechanisms to reduce defects? Do you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including facilitating communication with high levels of management? We are seeking a talented Program Manager to join our EU Middle Miles Nodes Programs (MMNP) team at Amazon Europe Core. In this role, you will lead improvement projects and programs that focus on reducing costs and improving operational efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders to establish and prioritize improvement programs, monitor progress, and identify risks and opportunities. You will also engage with other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute methodically. You will work closely with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems that support the growth of our business.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €105,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance, pension scheme, and generous paid time off.
