Management Accountant

Join UniCredit International Bank (Luxembourg) SA as an Accounting and Compliance Professional. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while also supporting the preparation of periodical financial statements and external audit requirements.

• Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
• SAP Management: Utilize SAP software to manage accounting tasks, leverage its functionalities to streamline processes, and enhance efficiency;
• Account Monitoring: Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining accurate financial records;
• External Audit Collaboration: Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and assistance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
• CSSF Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounting roles, preferably in a ManCo, with expertise in invoice management, accounts reconciliations, and financial reporting;
• Excellent command of MS Office and MS Access;
• Familiarity with SAP software;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and ability to proceed in a pragmatic and structured way;
• Proactive and autonomous as well as precise working attitude;
• Proficiency in English, German, French, Italian is an asset.
