Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsleiter, der unsere Vertriebsabteilung in Deutschland und Österreich erfolgreich leiten kann. Als Head of Sales DACH bist du verantwortlich für die Operationalisierung unserer Vertriebsstrategie, um den Kundenstamm im Bereich DACH auszubauen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analysiere die Vertriebssituation und definieren Maßnahmen, um die Vertriebsziele zu erreichen
  • Führe und coachest ein mehrköpfiges Sales-Team
  • Präzises Forecasting und Performance-Reviews
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Teams (lokal und international) und dem HQ in Frankreich
  • Verantwortung für sämtliche Vertriebsaktivitäten unserer beiden deutschen Standorte

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Head of Sales oder einer ähnlichen Position in einem Software-Unternehmen
  • Der Vertrieb von SaaS-Lösungen ist für dich kein Neuland
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Vertriebsprozessen und -teams
  • Außerdem hast du bereits Erfahrung im Forecasting in einschlägigen Tools, wie z.B. Salesforce
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke, hohe soziale Kompetenz
  • Starke Führungsqualitäten
  • Nachgewiesene Vertriebs- und Führungserfolge
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
