Buying Labs ist ein globaler Partner und die Plattform für die Beschaffung und den Vertrieb von hochwertigen Konsumgütern. Wir suchen nach einer neuen Herausforderung und suchen daher einen erfahrenen Einkaufsmanager für unsere Head Office in Hamburg.

Als Einkaufsmanager bist du verantwortlich für den Einkauf von Fremdmarken und verstehst die Kundenbedürfnisse. Du sorgst für eine optimale Performance durch Sortiments-, Trend- und Markenauswahl.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für den Einkauf von Fremdmarken und verstehst die Kundenbedürfnisse.
  • Du kennst die KPIs und planst das Budget, um die Performance deiner Abteilung zu überwachen und zu überprüfen.
  • Du führst Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und nimmst an Vertragsverhandlungen teil.
  • Du identifizierst, priorisierst und gewinnst Premium- und Luxus-Fashion-Händler und Boutiquen in ganz Europa.
  • Du baust Geschäftsbeziehungen auf und aus.
  • Du betreust und entwickelst bestehende Lieferantenpartnerschaften weiter.
  • Du arbeitest mit anderen Abteilungen wie Business Development, Logistik und Finanzen zusammen, um die Ausrichtung mit der gesamten Organisation sicherzustellen.
Dein Profil
  • Ein Abschluss in Textilwirtschaft, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Berufserfahrung in internationalen Einkaufspositionen für Fremdmarken.
  • Große Leidenschaft für Mode und Einkauf, idealerweise mit einem Lieferantennetzwerk in der Modebranche (Luxus oder Premium).
  • Ein bestehendes Branchennetzwerk ist wünschenswert.
  • Eine selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Begeisterung und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit starken Verhandlungsgeschick und der Fähigkeit, effektive Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift).
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office-Produkten.
