About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to join our team at msg for banking ag. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management strategies to ensure the highest level of quality in our software products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure our software products and services meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality management, testing, and software development in a large organization.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of software development methodologies and quality assurance tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
