Quality Assurance Manager for Defence Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Frequentis Comsoft. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our defence solutions and air traffic control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Advise and support cross-site teams in the implementation of external and internal audits
- Provide quality assurance guidance to management on quality-related issues
- Act as the primary interface to customers on quality-related topics, particularly in the implementation of project requirements
- Identify potential improvements and manage their implementation
- Support projects in the implementation of applicable processes, customer requirements, and official specifications
- Carry out quality assurance tasks based on quality planning
- Create quality planning in collaboration with the project management team
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% throughout Germany
- Existing security clearance ("Ü2" to secret) or willingness to undergo one
- Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
- Initial knowledge of quality inspection and quality management standards of the German Armed Forces or experience with AQAP is an advantage
- A degree in a technical field and/or a strong affinity for software development is an advantage
- Professional experience in quality management and auditing in a technology-oriented environment
