Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Manager in the Defence sector, your role will encompass:
- Advising and facilitating the execution of both internal and external audits across various teams.
- Providing guidance to management on critical quality-related matters.
- Serving as the primary liaison with clients regarding quality issues, particularly in the context of project requirements.
- Identifying areas for enhancement and overseeing their implementation.
- Supporting project teams in adhering to relevant processes, customer specifications, and regulatory standards.
- Conducting quality assurance activities based on established quality plans.
- Collaborating with project management to develop comprehensive quality plans.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A willingness to travel approximately 30% within Germany.
- Existing security clearance or a readiness to obtain one.
- Proficiency in German and a foundational understanding of English.
- Familiarity with quality inspection and management standards relevant to the German Armed Forces or AQAP is advantageous.
- A degree in a technical discipline or a strong interest in software development.
- Professional experience in quality management and auditing within a technology-driven environment.
